June 5th of each year is World Environment Day, the significance of which is to remind the world to pay attention to the state of the earth and the harm of human activities to the environment. The United Nations system and Governments are required to carry out various activities on this day to emphasize the importance of protecting and improving the human environment.

Be sure to know the environmental knowledge!

Building energy saving

China is a large developing country and a large building country. The annual housing area is as high as 1.7-1.8 billion square meters, which exceeds the total construction area of all developed countries. With the gradual advancement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the construction industry has developed rapidly and building energy consumption has grown rapidly. The so-called building energy consumption refers to the energy consumption of buildings, including heating, air conditioning, hot water supply, lighting, cooking, household appliances, elevators and other aspects of energy consumption. The energy consumption of heating and air conditioning accounts for 60%~70%. China has nearly 40 billion square meters of buildings, only 1% of which are energy-efficient buildings. The rest are high-energy buildings, measured by building envelopes and heating and air conditioning systems. The energy consumption per unit area of heating is equivalent to 2 to 3 times that of developed countries with similar latitudes. This is due to the poor thermal insulation performance of China's building envelopes, and 2/3 of the heating energy used to run away. The annual number of newly built buildings is really less than 100 million square meters. The total energy consumption of buildings has exceeded 27% of China's total energy consumption, and is gradually approaching 30%.

The Neopor® insulation board produced by Qiu is produced according to the European DIN EN13163 standard, which meets the German DIN4102 standard B1 requirements, China GB8624-2012 standard B1 level, and passes the China National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center A1. Free of HBCD, CFC, HCFC, HFC or other halogenated gas. Received the only certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency. Elastically treated Neopor® insulation panels also improve the sound insulation of the building. The sound insulation factor has been increased by 15 decibels. From the aspects of building heating, fire prevention, environmental protection, sound insulation, etc., it will contribute to the building energy conservation business!

Using Qiu's environmentally friendly coating

The exterior paints produced by Qiu are water-based paints and have a complete R&D team, which takes advantage of raw materials. In addition, it also has raw material procurement and technical exchanges with many internationally renowned raw material manufacturers: Germany Beck Chemical, Germany Henkel, Bayer Chemical, Taiwan Changxing, Japan Mitsui Co., Ltd., Dutch Taftka, etc. Qiu has deep cooperation with Rohm and Haas Company and DuPont of the largest raw material supplier, and is the official authorized partner of BASF. Water paint is water as a diluent. The product itself does not contain any chemical substances. Similarly, the substance that volatilizes into the air during production and use is also water, which not only ensures the health of the user, but also does not pollute the environment.

conserve water

Turn off the faucet at any time, don't let the water flow; see the leaking faucet must tighten it. Try to use secondary water. For example, the water for washing rice or washing vegetables can be watered; the water after washing and washing can be left to wipe the floor and flush the toilet. If your home flush toilet has a large capacity, you can put a Coke bottle filled with water in the water tank. This small action saves 1.25 liters of water each time.

Use less detergent

Most detergents are chemical products that can contaminate water sources. If you are too greasy when washing dishes, you can first pour off the residual greasy oil, then use hot noodle soup or hot soapy water to clean, so that the oil will not be discharged into the water channel too much. Kitchen utensils with heavy oil can also be cleaned with soda heated water.

Transportation

Travel as far as possible to choose buses, subways, bicycles, less private cars, reduce emissions; people with private cars try to use unleaded gasoline, because lead will seriously damage people's health and intelligence.

Saving forest

Use less snack boxes, paper cups, paper trays, etc., especially with disposable chopsticks.

Make full use of white paper, use recycled paper as much as possible, and use one side of paper to turn over to make draft paper and note paper. Recycled paper is produced from recycled waste paper. One ton of waste paper = 800 kg of recycled paper = 17 large trees.

Buy green food

Many vegetables and fruits are sprayed with pesticides, fertilizers, and many foods use additives. Such foods can be hazardous to health and intelligence. Therefore, you should buy fresh fruits and vegetables without pesticides and fertilizers, and eat crispy snacks with convenient preservatives, fast foods, pigmented drinks and additives. Or look for the "green food" logo to buy food.

Phosphorus-free washing powder

When the phosphorus-containing detergent enters the water source, the algae in the water will grow wild, the oxygen content in the water will decrease, and the aquatic organism will die due to lack of oxygen. The water body also becomes stagnant water and stinky water.

Rechargeable battery

The batteries we use every day are *chemical, and in general, they are *corrosive to generate electricity. When they are abandoned in nature, these substances slowly overflow from the battery, enter the soil or water source, and then enter the human food chain through crops. After the used dry battery reaches 30 kg, you can contact the local garbage collection center for recycling.

Refuse to overpack

The packaging cost of many commodities such as cosmetics and health care products has accounted for 30% to 50% of the cost. Over-packaging adds to the financial burden of consumers and increases the amount of waste that pollutes the environment.
